This year GSA will be offering three tiers of registration rates; Early, Standard and Late. Register early to take advantage of the lowest rates possible to attend Connects 2025.

*The guest or companion registration fee is for non-geologists accompanying either a professional or student meeting registrant. This fee does not include access to technical sessions. Any guest wishing to see a specific presentation should go to the on-site registration desk to request a special pass.
GSA offers a 75 percent discount on annual meeting registration fees for individuals from low and lower-middle-income countries, and a 50 percent discount on annual meeting registration fees for individuals from upper-middle-income countries. The discounts do not apply to the K-12 professional or Guest registration classes. Find more details on the International Attendee Information page.
Cancelation Policy
A $50 processing fee will be charged for the cancellation of a registration if received in writing prior to 11:59 p.m. MDT on 12 September 2025. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline for any registration type or events.
The Geological Society of America understands that unforeseen circumstances can prohibit attendance at the meeting. Refund requests for registration fees received after 4 September will be handled on a case-by-case basis. GSA will not accept any requests for refunds after 45 days from the end of the meeting.
